Mould Design

The company has various kinds of lathe, milling machine, drilling machine, grinding machine, EDM, fast and slow wire, boring machine, sawing machine, laser marking machine and other mould processing equipment.
Mould processing technology includes: cutting mould, blanking mould, composite mould, extrusion mould, four-slide mould, progressive mould, stamping mould, die-cutting mould and so on.
Stamping Moulding

For the accessories and parts required for the products, Hang Tung produces them independently to ensure the quality. In order to meet the shape, size, precision, batch size, raw material performance and other requirements of the production of stamped parts, using a variety of stamping processing methods.
Injection Moulding

The injection moulding process mainly includes five stages: mould closing - filling - pressure holding - cooling - demoulding and so on.
